Venezuelan musician (pianist, composer and arranger) graduated from the Lino Gallardo Music School, where he completed studies of Music Theory, Music History, harmony, counterpoint and composition, between 1999 and 2012. In 2009 he was referred to study with the great master Gerry Weil, one of the most important educators of Venezuelan musicians in the last three generations, conducting complete studies of Modern Harmony and Jazz Piano from this great Venezuelan jazz legend.

He was member of the prestigious Simon Bolivar Orchestra Big Band Jazz from 2010 until 2014, playing the role of master pianist. In 2011 as part of the Simon Bolivar Orchestra he performed at the Dizzy’s Coca-Cola Club at Jazz at Lincoln Center. At this time he had the opportunity to receive Master Classes from important Jazz figures, such as Wynton Marsalis, Edward Simon, Nicolas Folmer, Leo Blanco, Stanford Hunter, Luis Perdomo, and Dave Samuels.

Similarly, at this stage Baden was part of the Venezuelan Music Teacher’s Ensemble of the Simón Bolívar Music Conservatory, conducted by Eddy Marcano, sharing with renowed artists of Venezuelan music such as: C4 Trio, Rafael "pollo" Brito and Aquiles Baez.

Highlights include Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation Scholarship winner 2015 to continue his music studies at “The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music” in New York City. In addition, in 2015 he won the President’s Scholarship at the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music where he’s currently studying and tutoring in Piano, Ear Training, Theory, Rhythm, Arranging Fundamentals and Sight Reading.

Baden holds a Bachelor’s Degree on Psychology from the prestigious “Universidad Central de Venezuela” accumulating great experience in the field of educational psychology, working with children 8 to18 years of age.

Baden has worked as music teacher in Toto Music Academy, Piano and Modern Harmony at the prestigious Simón Bolívar Music Conservatory and Piano, Music Theory, Modern harmony teacher in Caracas.

Currently Baden serves in NYC as tutor in The New School for Jazz and Contemporary music in Piano, Music Theory, Sight Reading, Ear training, Rhythm analysis and Arranging.
